To measure quality performance and ensure continuous improvement in our core objective of quality and service excellence we have put in place a quality management system that fully meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2008; furthermore, we have held external UKAS accredited certification since 1995.
ThyssenKrupp Services’ Quality Management System is structured and divided into functional sections relating to different business activities and can be simply defined as having three system levels:

The Ford Q1 Award recognises ThyssenKrupp Services as a supplier who has maintained a level of excellence in customer satisfaction and demonstrated unwavering commitment and support for continuous improvement in quality and productivity. The award affirms our ability to follow standard processes, provide quality products and services and meet delivery requirements. In order to qualify for the award, we had to undergo a rigorous audit, ensuring that the company met ISO and QS criteria. The audit also assessed our ability to link policies and procedures to defined goals and to ensure continuous improvement in all aspects of service delivery.
